About Pendravo
We built the platform
we wished existed.
Pendravo is an operations platform for teams that want enterprise-grade capability without the enterprise-grade cost, complexity, and consultant bill.
Pendravo started the way a lot of the tools it competes with didn't: as a problem a small team ran into directly. We'd used the big ITSM platforms, and the small ones, and kept hitting the same wall, either the price only made sense at enterprise scale, or the tool only did one job and we were back to stitching five subscriptions together within a year. So we built the platform we wished we could have bought: one data model, one permission system, and one automation engine, with IT service management as the way in and projects, HR, finance, and marketing already sitting on the same foundation, not bolted on later.
We're a small, owner-operated company, a three-member LLC, and that's not a euphemism for "figuring it out." The founder who leads the product has spent thirteen years in the SaaS industry, building, administering, and living inside the kinds of platforms Pendravo replaces. The people who built the platform are the same people who configure every new customer's instance, run the training sessions, answer the security questions, and decide what ships next. There is no gap between who makes the promises on this site and who keeps them.
Pendravo LLC is a Wisconsin limited liability company, founded in 2026 and based in Jefferson, Wisconsin.
What we believe
A few principles that show up in the product and the pricing, not just a page.
Show the price
Public, readable pricing, no procurement maze, no surprise statement of work. You should know what something costs before you talk to anyone.
Charge fairly, plainly
Real onboarding work is worth paying for, and we say so up front. No discounts that quietly get made up somewhere else later.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into Pendravo belongs to you, written into the customer agreement, not just this page. It stays exportable for 30 days if you ever leave, and we never use it for marketing without your separate written permission.
Your model, not ours
You configure the platform to fit how your team actually works, in a low to no code layer you own, instead of bending your process to the tool.
One platform, modular
Turn on only the applications you need; add more as you grow. Everything shares one data model, one permission system, one automation engine.
The builders do the work
The people who wrote the platform are the same people who configure your instance, run your training, and answer your questions. Staying deliberately small is how the details stay right.
